Carol's Chicken Salad
I have never been a big fan of chicken salad but this recipe was great!!! I did however omit the water chestnuts and added a little more mayo at the end but that because of personal preference... GREAT RECIEPE!

Chicken Enchiladas I
Everyone loved this recipe, I would saute the peppers an onions first and add a little more cheese... but I did omit the taco sauce, chili powder, sour cream, and water as another reviewer mentioned. It did make a nice recipe... Will diffidently make again!!!!!

Feta and Bacon Stuffed Chicken with Onion Mashed Potatoes
I loved this recipe and so did my family, I had a little trouble with the cheese melting out of the pocket but I believe that was my error.. Thanks for this great recipe I wouldn't change a thing!!!
