Stuffed Peppers My Way
Excellent meat-free recipe. I usually prefer ground beef in it, but this was great. Several other posters have said the roasting time for the peppers was too long. I think it depends on your oven. The recipe does say to roast 25-30 min., OR "until tender," so check them frequently.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
My husband cannot eat spicy food due to allergies, but I LOVE spicy. This was a simple recipe that he loved, but still had plenty of flavor for me!

Easy Turkey Tetrazzini
My husband is not a spicy food kind of guy. His stomach can't handle it, so I was looking for a great tasting alternative and I found it! This was a HUGE HIT! We ate the whol pan in 2 days with just the two of us! I did substitute a can of mixed veggies for the mushrooms and cream of chicken soup instead of celery, but that is for allergy reasons. It was still fabulous!
