I used 4 egg yolks, 1 cup juice and 2 cans condensed milk. I made my own gingersnap crust... yum!

This was very good! I used a bit less of the mayo,more curry powder, and added some apples, raisins, and grapes!

This was really good. I did add extra curry powder to give it some more flavor. I also agree that it tastes better the next day!
