I am a stay-at-home mom of two who is trying to expand my horizons in the kitchen. I like to try new recipes that are easy and then expand from there. I definetly prefer to bake rather than cook!

My cooking triumphs
Salmon with habanero better. I was really scared trying this recipe for my husband, but amazingly he loved it and I ended up sending the recipe to my mother and sister-in-law!!

Grilled Salmon with Habanero-Lime Butter
This recipe is guaranteed to please!! My fiance said it tasted like something from a five-star restaurant. Highly recommend it. Don't be scared by the habanero peppers, the mixture of limes and oj with it is amazing.

Antipasto Salad
I tried this salad and it was amazing!! I was kinda worried about the dressing, but it was very, very good!! I'm a picky eater and even I couldn't get enough of this recipe! It's a great alternative to a heavy dinner!
