I am a stay-at-home mom of two who is trying to expand my horizons in the kitchen. I like to try new recipes that are easy and then expand from there. I definetly prefer to bake rather than cook! Chicken, easy dishes and things I know my kids will eat. Salmon with habanero better. I was really scared trying this recipe for my husband, but amazingly he loved it and I ended up sending the recipe to my mother and sister-in-law!! Where to start.......:P
