Pumpkin Pie Squares
Great recipe! But I would agree with everyone to double the crust, and possibly double the streusel topping.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
Very easy, and very creamy. A perfect comfort food. I served over steamed rice and it was wonderful. Will probably add mushrooms or broccoli next time.
