Pecan Pumpkin Dessert

These remind me of my mom! If you use fresh whipped cream instead of cool whip it makes them even better! People who don't like pumpkin pie have confessed their love for these.

Honey Bun Cake I

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. I did put some of the brown sugar mix into the greased bundt pan before pouring in the batter layer and will continue to do that. I did not use the icing for the cake because it was used for more of a coffee cake. It needs to be warmed up before eating though.

Red Velvet Cake III

I used this recipe to make cake balls. I didn't have time to make a cake from scratch and refused to use a box red velvet cake mix so this was a good middle ground. I used another cream cheese frosting from this site but I know the cake turned out great. I will use this recipe next time I have to make red velvet cake balls. Thank you

Pecan Pie Muffins

Excellent! I made these in a hurry and they came out perfect. I actually got more than 18 mini muffins...maybe because I added around 1 1/2 cups of pecans. I baked mine the full time because I like them crisp on top and chewy at the bottom instead of gooey. Will be making again ;)

German Chocolate Bars

I liked it but I baked it for my German Chocolate Cake loving boyfriend and he didn't go crazy for it or anything. He did like that it had caramel though. But his friends devoured it!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Turned out perfect! I used premade cookie dough and a devils food cake mix. I made a whipped cream frosting from this site and it was just enough to not make them overly sweet. Will be making again for sure!
