Gnocchi with Sage-Butter Sauce
Way too rich for us. We could hardly eat it. And this is coming from someone who eats raw butter by itself.

Butternut Squash Soup
Excellent! I did cut the cream cheese in 1/2 but 16oz probably tastes out of this world. This is definitely a keeper.
