Made these last night and they were delicious and easy. I had no cheese but they were still really tasty and I'm so happy I have leftovers!

Sweet fancy Moses these were good! I followed the recipe exactly just sliced the potatoes very thinly and it cooked in only 35 minutes. I am a dessert lover but after these I didn't want dessert- just more cheesy potatoes. They are addictive!!!!!

I knew this was a good recipe when my husband (who only likes store bought frosting) tasted it and said "You bought this HERE??" (We're in West Africa, no Betty Crocker at the stores). Took cupcakes with the frosting to coworkers and one said "OHHHH it smells American!" Everyone was so happy with the classic "American" taste and texture.
