This was a great recipe. The cream cheese topping was SOOO GOOD! The only thing that was hard to work with was the cookie crust. I actually had to make it twice. The cookie came out really crunchy so it was difficult to cut. It fell apart and crumbled. On the second attempt i scored the cookie before i put it in the oven and tried to undercook it a little to prevent the crumbling. I brought it to a party and everyone loved it. i would DEFINITELY make this again.

I'm sorry i hate giving negative reviews. I read some of the reviews which said to use more cider and less water. I used no water and replaced it with more cider. The roast had very little flavor but it was very tender.

This alfredo had a pretty good taste. Next time i think i will add a little less flour because i felt that it was a little thicker than i would have liked it. The thing i really liked about this recipe is that the chicken is cooked seperatly and has a little flavor of it's own. It really makes the dish quite nice.
