White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

these are amazing! these flatten a lot btw. i used a bit less than a tbsp of vanilla as a brandy replacement. i will make again!

Heavenly Angel Food Cake

these were delicious and easy. i only used about 1/4 cup of kikkoman soy sauce since it's really salty. i left out the vegetables since i didn't have any and i used whole skinless chicken thighs instead of the kabobs. these grill amazingly!

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

these were super tasty!!! i added vanilla and one more cup of oats since i didnt have the chips. i think it was able to compensate for the sweetness and added a bit more chew. fantastic recipe. letting them brown is great; still really chewy and a bit crispy.

not as dense as i expected but it was good! mine was kinda fluffy actually. it rises a lot in the oven but it deflates when cooling.it was super tasty but (for me) it wasnt like most flourless chocolate cakes i tried

Banana Cream Pie I

this is the most amazing pie ever. i cooked it for a really long time but it was worth it. definitely use the vanilla wafer crust and if its not at a pudding consistency that you would like to eat out of the pot, its not done yet. i took the advice to NOT bake the pie. it was great

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

this wasn't the best. it was really buttery and the texture was really spongy. i'll look for a flakier or more streusel-y cobbler. this was more like a undercooked berry cake-y mush

Peanut Butter Bars I

i used cookie crumbs and decreased the butter. for some reason these were still really buttery tasting. it tasted more like reeses pieces than reeses peanut butter cups.

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds

this recipe is really good! i toasted the almonds for 8 min at 350 degrees before i did anything though. then i only roasted them again with the coating for 30 min, stirring occasionally.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

for some reason my cookies had a kind of orange color to it. they didnt look like the photo which was disappointing. they came out really tasty though and everyone gobbled them up. chilling the dough is really necessary for rolling!

Chococonut Chip Cookies

i wanted to get rid of a bunch of chocolate macaroons that i had left over, so i used those (crumbled) instead of the chocolate chips and the coconut flakes. i also didnt have any eggs so i used a pudding cup for moisture and binding purposes. these came put really moist, rich, and soft. really tasty!

so good! all said before, peanut butter cups should be frozen. 8-9 min is all that is needed; they seem undercooked/doughy but its fine and ready!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

i didnt have cream of tartar so i was really worried on how these would turn out; but i did some digging and found that 4 tsp of baking soda instead of the called amounts of tartar and baking soda was ok. these turned out amazing!! after 8 min or so these were really soft and chewy as a snickerdoodle should be.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

reading reviews make this site so amazing! 2 cans of condensed milk, 1 cup of lime juice, 4 yolks and a homemade crust is the way to go. 15 min exactly in a 9 in crust at 375 degrees. and of course the whipped cream! XD

Graham Cracker Crust I

this is super delicious and easy! a little browning at the edges is good but it still needs to have a bit of softness to it that way its not completely hard when its cool. i definitely recommend putting in the cinnamon; its so good! =]

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

these got gobbled up!!!! i completely recommend adding more cheese and putting in the spices in the batter and the butter. it was really sticky dough so be prepared for that and ten minutes was perfect for a good pingpongball sized drop biscuits

Garlic Pita Bread Bites

this is an amazing recipe!! it's so easy too! the garlic taste was really strong and enjoyable. sadly, the cheese starts to harden after about 5 out of the oven, so eat these while they are warm!
