I would give it 3 1/2 stars. I didn't read the comments while I was making it and I wish that I had because it turned out to be a soup. I didn't have time to wait for it to thicken so I served it as is. The flavor was good but my husband said that he could really taste the cinnamon (even though I didn't add the full amount). We just finsished dinner and I have it simmering so I hope that it thickens up some. I think that it should be better for lunch tomorrow.

I like this recipe because it is really easy and great. I have made this twice already and it is much better then the boddled stuff. I have been pealing and cubing the fruit and cooking it per the recipe and after it is cooked, I have used my stick blender blend up the fruit and make it into a sauce. I could have used my food presessor first to great the apples but this has been easier then having to clean up all the mess from the prossesor. I used two apples and two peaches the first time I made it and last time I used three apples and a pear. My one complaint is that there is too much cinnamon. It didn't seem to be as strong last time I made it but this time was pretty strong in the cinnamon department.

These were really good. The turkey meat was kind of plain but the kick from the cheese inside helped spice it up. It was great to not have to use an egg for the burgers. One piece of advise that I can share is don't use a Foreman Grill to make these. I didn't want to pan fry them so I used the Foreman Grill and since it squeezes the meat together between two plates, the cheese went all over. If you do have to use one, leave the lid in an upright position or just be prepared for a cheese river.
