My boyfriend and I absolutely love these, we have them occasionally for lunch or a little snack throughout the day. I also saute onions in butter and put them in w/ the cheese, pepperonis and pizza sauce, turns out great every time and they're very quick and easy to make! We always have left over tortillas from tacos and such so it works out great. I definitely recommend these for others, they're very kid friendly as well and I'd imagine you could try w/ other ingredients too. Thanks so much for the wonderful recipe!

I'll be making this again tonight for my boyfriend and I. I made it once a couple months ago and we really enjoyed it. Although it was a little bland for our taste w/o the chilies. This time we've decided we are going to use the Rotel tomatoes w/ green chilies and mix it in w/ the turkey after cooking and let simmer. I do not use beef for anything I use ground turkey, to make it a little less greasy and fattening and it turns out very tasty. This is definitely a recipe I'll recommend to others, very delicious! Boyfriend and I had this for dinner tonight, first bite and he said we definitely need to have this again! that's a lot coming from him, he's usually a pretty picky eater. absolutely delicious, I followed the advice of other reviews and it turned out very well, nice and creamy and very flavorful. I'm a big fan of casseroles and this definitely was not a disappointment.
