Italian Style Pork Chops
These are AWESOME! This recipe is one of my new staples. I made it not expecting to much and I was blown away. I pushed the cracker mix into the pork chop and then dumped the rest into the pan, and I wouldn't coat the bottom because the bottom of the chop gets soggy upon reheating but other than that A+

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Great cookies, made them as something to bring with me for thanksgiving. Everyone loved them however they are extremely hard to roll and they weren't as soft as everyone said but I might have cooked them for too long.
