Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes
Very very good. It seems a bit more healthy than a lot of recipes out there; you can tell it's not as heavy compared to what you might get at a restaurant.

Tangy Chicken Fajitas
This turned out very well - it was so good that I should have made more of it! Didn't use the vinegar though. Made it with "Mexican Rice III" for a side dish.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
Pretty darn good. My sister went back for more and even my 1-year-old niece went crazy for the turkey burgers...
