A Pad Thai Worth Making
I used tamarind paste (asian speciality store - it is a soup base concentrate) and a lot less vegetable oil. Make sure not to oversoak the noodles otherwise it comes out a little gooey. Not awesome, but I gave it 4 stars for the quick easy dinner.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Pretty good, fast and simple. I followed all the extra ideas and it turned out great - golden mushroom soup, onion mix, bouillon. It did still need a little more salt. I used neufatchel cheese which is lower in fat.

Quick Pizza Sandwiches
Very fast and simple. I used bottled pizza sauce and a mixed shredded cheese and it was delicious.
