This recipe is absolutely delicious! It is however, time-consuming as risotto is - but well worth it for the excellent taste and texture. I used a bit more white wine than the recipe called for, and it had a nice finish to it. I will make this again; the parmesan cheese makes a wonderful topping.

I will make this again, only next time I will have more of the appropriate jars on hand to store it in... Excellent taste and consistency. I didn't have all the spices, so I used Pumpkin Pie Spice - I think all of them were in it anyway. They will make nice holiday gifts for little cost.

I made this to take to a Football party -not sure if the guys would like it... as I ususally take a "meat type" of dip. But they loved it. It was gone in no time. I did, however, use low fat mayo and reduced fat swiss cheese -which did not affect the flavor or the consistency of the dip. I also added more salt/pepper and even some Lemon Pepper to it for some zip. I served Scoops instead of crackers for it. At least four other guests requested this recipe from me.
