It is just what it claims to be a good soup for when your sick. It is bland but can be spiced up for the occasion. It's a good soup and I made it for my 7 year old who is home sick with the flu and he liked it. If your looking for a show stopper this isn't it but for a basic soup that is gental on the stomach I recommend this one.

I just made this for my peanut butter loving son who is home sick with the flu. He loved it!!! If you don't know that there is peanut butter in it you would never know. I do think next time I will cut the peanut butter down a little just to experiment. I took Valerie's suggestion and sauted the garlic, onion and celery first and added it to the broth. Very delicious!!!!!
