I own/manage a painting business so I don't have much time to cook, but when I do, I try to make my family and friends feel like they ordered they're meal from a restaurant. It gives me great pleasure to hear the compliments when they eat. Detail and presentation are very important to me, and it has to taste good as well, and when you enjoy it, it's even better. pasta's, grilling with charcoal and wood, deep frying, and my most favorite is shrimp any way you can imagine. really don't have any. I have this one shrimp/pasta w/white sauce that everyone loves. We won't go there, cooking is learning.
