Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
This is a good recipe. For the salsa, I just chopped up fruit and added NOTHING else (strawberry, kiwi, canteloupe, gala apple, & fresh pineapple)--wonderful!! For the chips, brush one side of a tortilla with soft butter & sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon. Then cut and bake til lightly crisp. Don't overbake. This step was timeconsuming. Don't make them too far in advance, b/c they get stale.
