Roasted Garlic Zucchini and Tomatoes
Wow Wow Wow! This dish is not only amazing tasting, but is GORGEOUS!!!! I lived in Italy for a while, and this dish brought me right back to the amazing fresh flavors found in so many dishes there!! Awesome side to compliment so many main courses, or great dish to bring to potlucks!!!

World's Best Lasagna
Truly is the best! I have made so many different lasagnas, and this one is by far the best combo of amazing tasting + not-too-labor-intensive!! I'm sticking to this recipe for good!!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Loved these - they are always a hit! Using these exact amounts of ingredients, I was only able to make about 30 cookies - just FYI!
