These are so good, and so easy! I added just a smidgen more flour to mine, for a high altitude adjustment. I made 3 batches last night....one with just the cinnamon/brown sugar/butter mix in the center, one with some chopped pecans in the filling, and one with chocolate chips in the filling. All were awesome! I topped all of them with the cream cheese frosting provided by MPCHARVAT, and they were amazing! I sent them to work with my BF this morning, and his crew demolished them. This recipe is definately a keeper! :)

This is a wonderful way to eat grapefruit! I severed this with quiche for a special weekend breakfast, and my boyfriend loved it! Good stuff!

Amazing how auch a simple recipe can be so good. I added a smidgen of corn starch, to thicken it up a bit more, and a dash of lemon juice, to brighten the flavor, and make it not so sugary tasting...I also doubled the batch.
