Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
This pancake recipe is excellent. It tasted better than the mix you buy in the store. I halved the recipe and it still made three days worth of breakfast for my family of three. I did add a touch of heavy cream because I only had fat free milk on hand. Best homeade pancakes Iv'e ever made!
