Spinach Tortellini Soup
This was definitely one of the easiest soups I've ever made and one of ~ if not THE~ best I've ever had. My family rated this a definte "do again". The only changes I made were to use some roasted garlic I had and I added some low fat sausage. This is the best!

Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff
This is one of my all time "quickie" favorites. Not only is it fast and easy to prepare, it tastes as though it is much more complicated than it is.

Easy Company Chicken
I should have mentioned the chicken soup can be switched or combined with either cream of mushroom, cream of broccoli, or cream of celery soup. I personally use the low fat cream of chicken mixed with the low fat cream of celery.-casch
