Maple Pecan Crisps
I agree that these are misnamed as 'crisps', mine came out about the same concistincy of snickerdoodles, chewy. But they, in my opinion, are scrumpylicious.

Victory Brownies
This was delicous. I increased the orange zest and cayenne as suggested, and my only complant is that it isn't chocolatey enough. I think I will add another ounce of chocolate next time, and there will definitly be a next time!

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie
Positivly wonderful! I used one reviewer's suggestion of one can coconut milk, and then enough cream to make 6 cups (I was doubleing the recipe). The custard was lovely, even though I had to use some milk.It doubled very well.
