Basic Crepes
This is a great crepe recipe! It's simple and easy, and made from ingredients that everyone has on hand. However, I did have to make some small adjustments. First, I always have to add extra milk and water to get the batter to the right consistency. Also, I add a couple spoonfuls of sugar to the batter to make it just a little bit sweeter. We serve this with my special banana filling. ( Fry sliced bananas in 1 Tbsp. of butter, add 1 Tbsp. of honey, and sprinkle with brown sugar and grated coconut. Fry just until soft.) This is truly a great recipe!

Juicy Roasted Chicken
I'd give this recipe 4 stars without my adjustments. First of all, I stuffed the cavity with carrots and onions along with celery. Also, we used real butter and a lot more onion powder than called for. Instead of putting the butter on the outside of the chicken, we put it underneath the skin. We used a probe thermometer during cooking and the chicken took longer than stated to reach 180 degrees F. Overall, this recipe was very good and we will definitely make it again.

French Breakfast Muffins
great recipe! the muffins are perfectly tender and light. however, this recipe makes way too much cinnamon topping. i only used about 1/8 cup sugar . dont go overboard with the nutmeg! since this muffin has no other strong flavorings, too much nutmeg can ruin the taste. this is a great recipe and i will definitely make it over and over again.
