Baked Swiss Steak
my husband fell in love with this & so did my 3 year old who for the very first time finished the whole thing ...i will be making this for a family get together , thanx so much for a wonderful recipe.

Burrito Pie
very VERY good!!! my husband is diabetic & hasnt had a burrito in 14 years , he thought this was the best thing he has ever eaten . i didnt use flour tortillas instead i used wheat tortillas cuz he is on a strict diet from his docter . so great job will be making this again gaurantee.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
I MADE 2 TODAY AND EVERYBODY LOVED THEM, IT WASNT SO BAD FOR MY VERY FIRST CHEESECAKE .....THANX SO MUCH FOR THE RECIPE, I WILL BE MAKING THIS AGAIN
