This cake was super easy and delicious. Great for caramel lovers like me. I did add a small box of vanilla jello pudding mix as others suggested, and since I prefer light brown sugar, I used that in place of the dark. Also no pecans since my daughter doesn't like them. Goes in my recipe file for sure!

Thought this was an excellent recipe. I have tried other chocolate cobblers--to my disappointment. This one is actually like a cobbler should be. I doubled the recipe for a large group, but thankfully realized I should not double the water. I probably used about 2 cups water. It was perfect. I also shared it with a friend who loved it too.
