This cookies are so fantastic! My cookies turned out soft in the center and a little crunchy on the outside. I used 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp cloves as I am not a big fan of either of those spices. The cookies tasted wonderfully! Now only if my drizzling skills would have made them look fantastic. I will continue working on my technique, but in the meantime you should really give this recipe a try.
