Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
I made this recipe using on whole wheat flour, and I cut the recipe in half to make just one thin crust pizza - its really awesome. I added some minced garlic to my dough along with italian seasonings. It's great the day you make it - but doesn't make good for "morning" pizza.

Jalapeno Jelly
This was my first time canning ever, but with an overload of Jalapenos I had too. Great recipe - easy. The taste is great. Sweet at first with a good bite at the end. Like others noted - I kept some seeds in, but not all. I think I will mix this with whipped cream cheese for a dip.

World's Best Lasagna
This recipe is truly the best!! I made everything the day before and let it in the fridge, popped it in the oven, and truly was the best lasagna I ever had. Had a bit of sauce left over that I used for a meat sauce on pasta. Great recipe!
