Harvest Rice Dish

Great recipe. Not something you can make quickly, though anything with wild rice is going to be like that. I used leeks instead of onions, and left out the mushrooms.

These were excellent. I didn't have any sour cream so instead I used plain yogurt. Also instead of coconut milk I used Pina Colada mix.

BBQ Chuck Roast

This recipe is awesome. We used an arm roast instead of chuck roast so getting onto a rotisserie was a bit of a challenge. I basted the roast about every 15 minutes or so. It turned out beautifully.

Summer Grilled Cabbage

This was great I never had cabbage like this before. The only thing I did different was I shredded the cabbage and added a couple of slices of bacon.
