This is a great dish!! Even my fussiest baby loved it!! Will definitely make it again. I didn't have any Italian breadcrumbs and so I substituted crushed seasoned croutons... it still was a hit!!

Having grown up on traditional stuffing, I was skeptical about a slow cooker stuffing. I am thrilled with how this turned out. Having followed the recipe exactly, I found that it's moist, flavourful and just plain yummy! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great stuffing.

These were very yummy. I made the batter, refrigerated it and baked the muffins in the morning. They turned out beautifully. I opted for cinnamon sugar rather than the topping to save time. It made a sweet, crunchy top without the extra fat. I also added more milk as the batter was dry. I found the recipe easily made 12 muffins rather than 6, which is what the recipe says. A definite "do-over"!
