Deluxe Mashed Potatoes
Delicious! I made this recipe as written, except I substitued scallions for the chives. It was great for my dinner party -- I could make it ahead, then just throw it in the oven without thinking about it. I am bringing these potatoes to my sister's for Thanksgiving, but plan to use the crock pot to heat them.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Mmmmm.... This was delicious! I prepared the marinade as directed, substituting fresh garleic and onions for the dried, but only had about 3 or 4 hours to let it sit. I baked it at 400 for about 45 minutes and it turned out perfect! The pork had a carmelized crust on it that I really liked, too. Mmm! I'll definitely be making this again.

Ginger Snaps II
Fabulous. People thought they came from a bakery. Like other reviewers, I doubled the spices, but kept true to the rest of the recipe. The cookies turned out chewy and delicious.
