About this Cook
I am 24 and own a home with my boyfriend of 6 years. We have two golden retrievers. I love to cook and try new things.
My favorite things to cook
Any type of Mexican food, anything spicy, burgers, chicken, very chocolately deserts, and cookies.
My cooking tragedies
I bought a stuff chicken breast with bacon wrapped around it and didn't have a grill to grill it. So, I put it in the broiler. BAD IDEA! The bacon grease caught fire with the broiler and I almost had a full fire in my oven! What a nightmare.

Goulash Supreme
Sooooo good! As another reviewer suggested, I cooked the pasta seperately. I used 14.5 oz petite dice tomatoes, 8 oz tomatoe sauce, no stewed tomatoes or paste. Spices were the same plus salt and pepper. This will be added to my rotation!

Pumpkin Brownies
These came out perfect! I didn't use nutmeg, just cinnamon.

Cheeseburger Soup I
Wow! This is awesome. I used 1 lb beef, no carrot and no celery. I used 16 oz low fat Velveeta for the cheese and low fat sour cream. I used 4 cups of shredded hash browns for the potatoes. The texture was perfect. I crumbled bacon on top. I froze the left overs.
