Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks
The marinade was different than I expected, I marinated some bottom round overnight after scoring the meat. I believe that if you like a more oriental flare and like to cover the flavor of the meat this is for you. The meat was very tender but the balsamic vinegar seem a little overpowering for me. Will maybe try again with less balsamic.

Great recipe, wouldn't change a thing. I did refrigerate the dough before adding the flour the next day though. Very tender! Freezes well also. Thanks for the great recipe!
