I'm a Filipino and I moved to Japan with my family. I'm in my final year of high school and I still have lots to learn about culinary arts. It's always been my dream to have my own little classy bake shop. I love making my family happy with the simple things I make. I'm grateful for such a supportive and sweet-toothed family.

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
These were my first try on oatmeal cookies. Great first try!! Folks thought it was a very professional snack. For myself, I'm thinking about cutting the oatmeal to just 1 cup. But all in all, wonderful! Cheers!

Best Brownies
These brownies are fantastic! My family fell in love with the frosting. One of my tasters thought it was a tad bit too sweet so I suggest the following changes: For those who have only instant cocoa on hand, use that but lessen the white sugar to 1/4 cup. For the frosting use only 2/3 cup of confectioner's sugar. Awesome brownies!

Robbi's M&M Cookies
The best choice for a midnight snack. My dad who isn't a big fan of cookies gobbled these up! Great texture. I would suggest adding way more M&Ms to each cookie. That way you really get that sweet chocolatey cookie. Fab!
