We made this for my Mother's 80th birthday party and everyone loved it. I even ordered the sea salt and now use it for additional flavor. It gives food a slightly different taste. We also grilled pineapple rings dipped in coconut milk that went great with the pork. I do agree that it tastes just like what we had at a luau in Hawaii.

I originally received this recipe from my sister-in-law about 30 years ago. I converted it to fat and sugar-free. This "Green Jello", as my kids refer to it, is requested at all special occassions and holidays. My grandkids love it also.
