Date Bars I
These were very good, although crumbly. I think they need more filling or less crumb mixture. I will make them again and maybe double the amount of date filling. I also added vanilla to the filling.

Sherry Bundt Cake
I made this exactly by the recipe. It was only ok. It was very moist, but we thought it had a bit of a sour aftertaste. I will not make it again.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake
Excellent cake! Great Irish Cream flavor and wonderful texture. A big hit with my husband, a former chef, who usually won't even try "cake mix" cakes. Delicious!
