I'm a 21 year old stay at home mom. I have 2 boys, 13 months apart. They are a total handful and complete opposites. I love to cook but dont get to as often as I'd like to as we share our kitchen. I have pages on myspace and facebook as well. If I cook it, I eat it, so I use meats and pastas mainly. I love to use new ideas and change recipes around. My oldest son is a lil picky eater, so I have to new and creative find ways to "hide" things so he will eat them. LOL Ravioli, shimp and your basic italian food at my Grandma's house. Tamales and all the mexican foods at my husband's mom's house. I love it. I finally learned to make the carne molida like my MIL. It took me 5 years. But I did it. It's not perfected yet ... but pretty close. I am proud of the fact that it takes my hubby a sec to decide who made it. :) Ummm. Anything with peppers like jalapeno or habanero. I always seem to add too much. One of my faults I guess. LOL
