Apple Muffins
I made these yesterday for a new mother as a breakfast treat. I did take advice from other users and doubled the cinnamon, but I think after adding the topping, that it was a bit much. Next time maybe 1 1/2 t, not 2. I did use 2 apples that were finely diced in the food processor, and added raisins. Also, subbed apple sauce for the oil, which I use in most breads/muffins. These came out making about 20 muffins for me. They are very very filling, and moist. Definately recommed this recipe.
