Chocolate Zucchini Cookies
These tasted good, but the texture was weird. I like soft cookies, but these were extremely moist (too moist) and didn't hold together well. When the recipe says soft, it means SOFT!

Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs
We'd always been under the impression that making ribs was complicated, so we'd always strayed away. Not anymore! Super easy, super tasty! We're calling this one a keeper!

Manhattan Clam Chowder II
Very tasty! I added some Old Bay, and some extra veggies. But this was a great base.
