I was absolutley surprised at how great this tasted! I used medium spicy pace and it gave it a little kick that others were saying it was missing. I think if you want more kick then use the hot pace. We also used yellow and red bell peppers to add color, everyone just ate it up.

I loved this recipe. My husband and I are always buying the store rotisserie and this is better than those. I tried it once without marinating over night and this is definately the key to a great chicken. It had so much more flavor sitting over night. It is also a great flavor to use leftovers for enchiladas the next day.
