Easy Taco Casserole
This is really simple recipe that could be built upon and/or easily changed up for a little variety.

Better than Grandma's Brownies
I cooked these for 10-15 minutes longer than required and they were still very gooey in the middle. I don't have an electric mixer, so I had to hand stir, so perhaps there is something an electric mixer can do that I can't. Next time I will try a different recipe.

Banana Banana Bread
The recipe was good, though I had a 4 1/2 by 8 1/2 pan and had to cut the cooking time by about 10-15 minutes. Also, the bread could have been a little bit sweeter, but I only use 3 medium bananas which may not have been 2 1/3 cups.
