Indian-Style Rice with Cashews, Raisins and Turmeric
Unbelievable! I made this with an chicken curry dish and my husband's eyes rolled into the back of his head in sheer pleasure!

Shepherd's Pie VI
I made this for my small group at Church and they absolutely raved about it. Definitely a keeper and so easy to make! I used instant mashed potatoes and added sour cream to the onions and butter. I also pureed most of the onions for the ground beef in my Cuisinart so even the pickiest of eaters wouldn't wrinkle their nose up at the texture.
