Egg-White Crepes
What's not to love? It's a sophisticated, delicious and forgiving recipe. Even with my own kitchen ineptitude/bold albeit accidental experimentation it turned out to be the culinary highlight of my week. Brilliant. Sacramento kids do things right.

Beef Fried Rice
This is a great and easy recipe. I'm not much good in the kitchen and working with both a limited budget and limited access to supplies. Suffice it to say that I made this last night and was thrilled with how it turned out. It has already become a staple of my cuisine. Thanks for sharing; we could use more like this.
