Olive-Cucumber Finger Sandwiches

Awesome! I did 2/3 apple cider vinegar and 1/3 white vinegar, but went exactly by recipe for the rest. Thanks for this easy delicious recipe.

Easy Mexican Casserole

This was very good. I had left over chili with beans, so I used that instead of the first 2 steps. I also added guacamole and a little taco seasoning on top of the sour cream, and used flour tortilla shells instead of chips. But with all the changes, it still turned out great.

Honey Curried Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

Reviewed: May 26, 2009
This was great. I used boneless skinless breast and cooked the veggies with it instead of boiling them (all on 400 degrees for 45 minutes before adding the next step ingredients as listed in original recipe.) I also added a can of asparagus (drained) when the mushrooms and apples go in. It turned out fantastic. The apples were the best part of all.

Cajun Corn Soup

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
Even better than I expected. I did change a little though. I did not add the corn until the end because I did not want it chopped and I used 1/2 can beans in the blender and another 1/2 at the end so it would be whole. I topped it with a dollop of sour cream and fresh chopped cilantro and chives. My husband said his only complaint was I didn't give him enough.

Alfredo Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
I didn't measure exactly, and I put them in the oven at 400 for about 15 minutes instead of back in the microwave at the end. But with these changes they tasted great.
