Veggie Lasagna Florentine
I made this pretty much as directed and it was great, only sub was fresh spinach for frozen. Husband immediately told me to make it again sometime!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
Hit the spot. Had hard day at work and came home craving chocolate! I subbed semi-sweet for dark chocolate chips and subbed walnuts for macadamia nuts. This is my new go-to chololate cookie recipe!

Oatmeal and Wheat Flour Blueberry Pancakes
This is my go-to for pancakes now. I use Applesauce, and only WW flour, and added vanilla and use a pint of fresh blueberries. Delish!
