I'm the mom of 4 busy bees, so it doesn't leave me much time for coming up with new and exciting recipes. I have lurked on this site for awhile and decided it was time I joined up and became part of the group. I look forward to sharing my recipes and, most importantly, finding new and interesting recipes fo make for my family. My husband is laid off right now, so a lot of our meals are ground beef based because it's so easy to stretch. I try to make the meals less ho-hum but could sure use some help. For me, having everyone eat what I've cooked is triumph enough. Two of my kids are picky eaters, so it makes it hard to please everyone. I'll get back to you on that (or should I say those).
