As a child, I always wondered what my special talent in life was; I was surrounded by family musicians, artists, mathematicians, and scientists. I certainly couldnt draw, I couldn't carry a tune in a bucket. My math was horrid and science was a stretch for me too. I found cooking to be so effortless, and I became quite fond of it! There's nothing better than knowing I can bring a crowd together in minutes with a simple dish! I love to cook everything! Im always experimenting in the kitchen! Ive published My own cookbook (mainly for Friends and Family) and I couldnt be more proud of myself! I’ve learned by trial and error, pure silliness, and a few dumb “brunette” moments! My most famous mistake, and probably one I’m known for the most came as a teenager; I was staying with my aunt and decided to make brownies from a box. After adding all the ingredients the recipe said to mix by hand! Wouldn’t you know that’s exactly what I did! I still haven’t lived that one down!
