Spiced Pomegranate Syrup

I also had trouble getting a syrup consistency. The flavor is pretty good. The nutmeg is a little overpowering, so next time, I will not add as much.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

I made this on the stove-top and it turned out pretty well. The caramel apple flavor was a little strong, but otherwise it tasted really good.

Spinach Noodles

I love this recipe. I tried it once because I had left over spinach and have made it several times since. It is pretty easy, but the dough is definitely sticky and it is pretty messy to make.
