Chewy Granola Bars
These are great! firmly pressing down does help keep them together. I froze half of them and they freeze well. Next time I'm going to take out the chocolate chips and replace them with apples and raisins!

i USED MORE PEACHES THEN CALLED FOR (I LIKE IT PEACHY!) AND LESS SUGAR......THE DOUGH IS THE BEST TEXTURE AND FLAVOR! YAY!
